Due to the extensive development of the Games Testing Department we are looking for candidates interested in joining our Functional or Localization Testing Teams for the role of Test Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of testing planning and execution for selected group of our customers. Reporting directly to Senior Global Test Manager you will be accountable for the teams of up to 150 people (including Test Specialists, Software Test Engineers and Test Leads).

As a Test Manager you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, proper quality, expertise, and cost-efficiency of a managed group of games testing which involves overseeing and managing various teams and sets of projects. Your accountability will include planning and ensuring business continuity as well as providing long-term vision, strategy, and standards for the Games Testing team.

Details of your accountability:
  • Actively lead the team of up to 150 people (recruit, manage, train, and develop staff);
  • Develop strong employee engagement, align direction and standards with company goals;
  • Proactively manage delivery of all testing aspects; manage day-to-day production tasks using data-driven approach;
  • Direct the development, maintenance and execution of test cases, tools and documentation;
  • Lead QA strategy development across an entire customer lineup;
  • Define the testing lifecycle for the game or product line and leads lifecycle improvements, over successive releases;
  • Optimize team processes to improve productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the game's quality in use, and take appropriate action to resolve issues throughout the life of the game;
  • Collaborate with customers in planning of test requirements;
  • Collect, analyze and organize stakeholder requirements, making and communicating informed decisions;
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism internally and externally, representing the company to customers and in public forums.


Requirements:
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in managing the testing teams preferably in games testing environment;
  • Proficient in Testing and/or Quality Assurance Best Practices;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • Highly developed leadership, partnership and communication skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, autonomy and self-sufficiency;
  • Able to successfully work under pressure in an organized fashion;
  • Ability to manage large number of tasks simultaneously;
  • High level of professionalism, both internally when working with fellow employees, as well as externally when representing the company in a public forum;
  • Readiness for occasional business trips;
  • Maintain a certain level of flexibility, allowing to adjust schedule to customers residing in multiple time zones.
