Lionbridge Poland currently is looking for well organized, experienced person for LQA Test Manager position.

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of localization testing, planning and execution for selected group of our customers.
Reporting directly to Test Director you will be accountable for the teams of up to 50+ people.
Details of your accountability:
Providing project management for large, complex and global projects;
Leading the team of Test Leads and up to 50+ testers (recruiting, managing, training, and developing staff);
Developing strong employee engagement, aligning direction and standards with company goals;
Collaborating with customers in planning of test requirements;
Drawing cost-analysis for the customers and senior management;
Drafting project schedules and setting project budget;
Proactively managing delivery of all testing aspects; manage production tasks using data-driven approach;
Directing the development, maintenance and execution of test cases, tools and documentation;
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism internally and externally, representing the company to customers and in public forums.
Min. 2-3 years of experience in managing the testing teams preferably in games testing environment;
Fluent English knowledge;
Highly developed leadership, partnership and communication skills;
Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, autonomy and self-sufficiency;
Able to successfully work under pressure in an organized fashion;
Ability to manage large number of tasks simultaneously;
High level of professionalism, both internally when working with fellow employees, as well as externally when representing the company in a public forum;
Readiness for occasional business trips;
Maintain a certain level of flexibility, allowing to adjust schedule to customers residing in multiple time zones
