Lionbridge Poland is seeking a Application Support Specialist to provide customer focused technical Level 2 support to Technology and users internally and to our external customers. The successful candidate will work closely with other Support Engineers along with Development and Product Management in order to make our tools and applications more intuitive and easier to support.

Provide Level 2 support to our users and Lionbridge Teams;
Work closely with Development and Product Management to make our software tools created for the globally-known companies more intuitive and easier to support;
Update and create knowledge articles to reduce support requests;
Create temporary "work-arounds" for end users issues;
Provide assistance, problem solution, and training on tools and products to other technical support personnel.
Experience with customer support experience;
2+ years' experience with ticketing tools (ZenDesk, Service Now etc.);
Ability to diagnose, report, troubleshoot, obtain results and provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems;
Very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.
Nice to have, but not required:
Knowledge of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) an advantage;
Knowledge and the ability to create simple SQL queries.
