JOB DUTIES

  • Support Pms and GPM by conducting data analysis and reporting, on both an ad hoc and schedulled basis
  • Specialize in investigating and troubleshooting technical issues & problems in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure correct storage and maintenance of program documentation, data and reports, and ensure that all improvements are identified and implemented.
  • Provide timely support to team members responsible for handling and troubleshooting issues.
  • Act as a technical except for the project team


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform ad hoc and scheduled data analysis and collate reports as assigned by the PMs or GPD.
  • Conduct investigations to gain more clarity on common issues related to the customer, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all program tools are maintained.
  • Identify areas and implement improvements to the program tools.
  • Propose and elaborate on new functionalities to be added to specifically-designed program tools.
  • Create and test new and/or existing functionalities of program tools, to ensure that those functionalities bring new efficiencies to processes and tools.
  • Ensure that the necessary program documentation is created, maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Organize and facilitate training workshops for team members who become responsible for new work areas.
  • Organize and facilitate new and existing initiatives designed to improve the program quality and efficiency
  • Monitor all communication channels, internal and external, to ensure that all discussion topics and issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Working Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Software testing , T est management etc. business area minimum 2 years
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a people management
  • Language skills , High level of spoken and written English
  • Communications skills. Competence in e-mail, report, proposal and presentation preparation
  • Analytical skills ; Able to analyse new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements
  • Desirable technical experience in the field.
    • Processes, tools, risk areas, etc.
  • Basic knowledge regarding databases
  • Organizational/Managerial
    • Scheduling, negotiations, conflict resolution, delegation
    • Financial skills
    • thorough understanding of basic financial concepts (Gross Margin, Budgets, etc.)
  • Desirable qualities: Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment
