Technical Services Lead

Lionbridge Poland is currently looking for a candidate with technical background for the role of Technical Services Lead for Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power Automate and Power Apps. The role is part of the Maintenance and Tools Improvement Team. If you are familiar with working with Azure DevOps projects and Power Automate workflows and have experience supporting daily business of project teams do not hesitate and apply now.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a dedicated team of experts to deliver the most effective implementation of systems, workflows, and solutions based on Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Azure DevOps in accordance with the company's strategy;
  • Contribute to the deployment of solutions to processes and life products in accordance with the provided guidelines
  • Provide input on crisis problems and resolve process and technology issues affecting production dependent on Azure DevOps;
  • Suggest improvements for the existing processes;
  • Independently evaluate scope of incoming requests as well as their objective severity to support daily prioritization of work in the team;
  • Ensure flow of communication with the requesters to keep them informed on the progress with their request;
  • Adhere to agreed service levels to ensure required quality standards for request resolution.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams tools and solutions; eager to further expand skills and know-how;
  • Some experience in developing stand-alone PowerApps applications using native syntax with the ability to call external systems and software would be welcome;
  • Familiar with administration and configuration knowledge and abilities with Azure DevOps;
  • Familiar with using PowerApps and Power Automate for process automation;
  • Strong communication and organization skills;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in technical domain with troubleshooting experience;
  • Proven strength in problem solving, automation and implementing complex technical solutions for accounts, teams, processes;
  • Business acumen.
