As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your duties will include:
  • Comprehensive in-house recruitment process to fill medium and senior level positions.
  • Establishment of long-term relationships with our internal customers within our office in Poland as well as in other Lionbridge sites around the globe.
  • Actively shaping brand awareness of Lionbridge as an employer based in Poland.
  • Building recruitment processes to create above-average candidate experience.
  • Co-creation of the employer branding strategy, including participation in the development of the image campaign.
  • Monitoring recruitment industry trends to offer innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Development of the recruitment tool set.

  • You speak fluent English.
  • You have advanced interpersonal skills and can establish business partnerships.
  • You work persistently at achieving set goals.
  • You can think out of the box and look for non-standard solutions.
  • You possess excellent work organization skills, can take initiative, and are independent in action.
  • You can work under time pressure.
  • You possess practical knowledge of global ATS solutions (e.g. Taleo, SuccessFactors, Workday), which is a strong plus for us.
