Job Title: Senior Team Lead

As a Senior Team Lead at Lionbridge Games, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our testing operations. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Your role will involve acting as a key point of contact between the test team and other departments, overseeing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position is critical in driving the success of our projects and enhancing the overall experience of our clients and players.
What You Will Do:
· Quality and Productivity: Own the quality and productivity of work delivered by the team, and report it to stakeholders.
· Communication: Serve as the point of contact and escalation between the test team and other departments.
· Leadership: Lead, coordinate, support, and guide the team to meet project goals.
· Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate necessary hardware and software requirements for the team.
· Documentation: Own the quality and accuracy of project documentation, ensuring it meets all necessary standards.
· Process Development: Assist with the development of site-wide and project-wide processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Compliance: Execute audits and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
· Coaching: Mentor junior project leaders, focusing on developing their people and performance management skills.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
· Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
