Mission
The Sr. Manager, Games Marketing will drive customer acquisition/expansion campaigns for one of our fastest growing verticals. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in being a B2B marketing strategist while getting their hands dirty executing programs. This person is analytical, someone who is data-driven and looks for continual improvements in effectiveness and ROI. In this role the Sr. Manager, Games Marketing will provide leadership on effective tactics, identify and report on key performance indicators, and optimize campaigns. This role will report to the VP, Demand Generation.

What You Will Do
  • Translate revenue goals into marketing programs that grow sales pipeline
  • Develop demand creation, lead nurture and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Position Lionbridge Gaming as the leader in the games services market
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and content marketing colleagues to develop thought leadership
  • Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues to implement a digital marketing strategy (e.g., SEO, SEM, PPC) from end-to-end, including email and advertising programs
  • Develop rules-based nurture campaigns in Marketo that align with the buyer journey
  • Measure, optimize and report on performance


To Be Successful You Will Have
  • A passion - perhaps an obsession with games - console, PC, mobile
  • 5-9 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • 2+ years of ABM experience
  • Proven track record driving marketing influenced pipeline generation
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement
  • Experience with Demandbase and/or Marketo a plus
  • Experience leading, managing or inspiring teams, a plus
