Bilingual Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences (FR/ENG)

The Senior Project Manager is a key customer-facing role. You will work with external and internal clients to manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turnaround time and budget expectations.

What you will do:
  • Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
  • Set and manage client expectations.
  • Scope and quote projects for identified clients.
  • Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
  • Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required.
  • Collaborate with production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
  • Implement use of technology on the account.
  • Monitor and maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting and billings.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
  • Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings (e.g. Quarterly Business Review Meetings).


To be successful you will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of localization project management experience
  • Life Sciences experience is a strong plus
  • Strong bilingual capabilities in French and English, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong leadership, customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
