Sr. Localization Project Manager - Life Sciences/COA

The Senior Localization Project Manager is a key customer-interfacing role and is fully accountable for the Operation and Delivery of the assigned Project(s). You will manage administrative and operational elements of the project(s), ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals. The right individual is an accomplished people-leader who can effectively develop and retain top talent.

This role will be a key member of our Life Sciences Team, working with some of the largest and most predominant Health and Medical companies in the world, and will be focused mostly on the Localization process of Clinical Outcome Assessments {COA} and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments {eCOA}.

What you will do:

  • Customer Relationship : Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Scope Management : Identify and manage changes to the project scope ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Budget Management: Scope and quote projects for identified clients. Monitor and maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting and billings.
  • Team Management : Manage staff and provide project team oversight and supervision. Mentor, coach and motivate the team members. Communicate clearly, precisely and effectively. Be the link between technical, quality, commercial and HR departments to conduct review meetings.
  • Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve on-time deliveries in line with contractual KPI's.
  • Quality Management : Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and KPI metrics are met.
  • Communication Management : Develop and implement a communication plan for the project including external and internal reporting.
  • Risk Management : Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings (Quarterly Business Review Meetings, etc.).
  • Manage and guide direct report(s) and indirect report(s) as applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Global COA Team on initiatives.

To be successful you must have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree. Preferred in the fields of Language Services or Life Sciences.
  • End to End Localization experience is required.
  • Strong experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments {COA/eCOA}
  • Experience with website and application management.
  • Exposure to XML, JSON, HTML and other varied file formats is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Foreign language skills would be a plus.
