This position is in the Community Management of the Interpretations division. The CM-OPI team provides interpreters and translators to meet Lionbridge's various clients' needs; clients include government, insurance, utilities, financial, etc. This position is responsible for assisting with each of the 3 primary responsibilities of the Resource Management team: Recruitment, Security, and Quality Assurance. The Resource Management Administrator will move seamlessly between responsibilities according to the department's needs. This position reports to the Recruitment Team Lead.
What You Will Do
Frequent communication with the Recruitment Team Lead and Resource Manager to establish weekly priorities.
Assist Resource Manager with developmental projects.
Recruitment duties to include:
o Post ads to attract new candidates to work with Lionbridge. o Screen resumes and incoming applications. o Research cultural organizations to contact for rare language needs. o Follow up with candidates who miss deadlines for various action items.
Security duties to include:
o Work closely with the Security Liaison on US federal government background reinvestigations and paperwork review. o Assist with database maintenance and compliance review projects.
Quality Assurance duties to include:
o Coordinate, oversee and ensure testing of all interpreters using digital and written assessments. o Ensure evaluators are available for all language assessments. o Identify requirements for new evaluators and proctors, locate and train these evaluators, and negotiate rates. o Process payments for evaluators. o Submit weekly testing and evaluation reports to monitor usage and costs of assessments. o Troubleshoot with IT department and Resource Manager if issues with digital testing issues.

Must be able to work independently and well with others as part of a team
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and data entry
Desired Skills/Background - if any: • 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience
