This particular Lionbridge account services Cisco's Tools and Tech Team, which supports their Workfront Project Management and Work Management Application initiatives worldwide.

We are actively seeking a knowledgeable Consultant to provide solid advice from their field of expertise in the Workfront space. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective. You will discover the most suitable solution whether it is proposing a new IT system or implementing a full strategic plan.

A great consultant is an expert in matters concerning their field. You have an excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner. The goal is to help internal clients identify business challenges, and to solve these challenges efficiently, creatively and effectively with the goal of making the business more functional and successful.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Business and Technical consultants to understand how a customer's existing work management/project management instance has been configured and provide post go live consulting to newly implemented customers.
  • Engage in remote consulting calls to quickly understand a client's needs and provide recommended solutions.
  • Conduct process improvement exercises with customers on a regular cadence to increase customer adoption and maturity.
  • Clearly document customer engagements and create/update all documentation (requirements, all communications, status updates, proposed soultions, workflows, etc.).
  • Stay current with Workfront products which include Workfront, Workfront Library, Workfront Proofing, Fusion and all future product releases.
  • Educate customers on new functionality or functionality currently not being utilized.
  • Support new implementation configurations and deployments.

To be successful you will have:

  • 3+ years or Workfront experience (or other work management or project management platforms such as Salesforce, Jira etc.).
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Solutions (i.e., Workfront, Salesforce, Jira or others).
  • Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs.
  • The knack for thinking creatively (out of the box) to build unique solutions to address uncommon business needs.
  • Ability to drive customer projects, manage timelines and balance personal workload.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation and relationship skills.
  • A collaborative spirit to work with people of diverse personalities and various backgrounds and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong English language and written/oral communications skills.

Other Helpful Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Workfront's API (REST)
  • Experience in Workfront adoption and change management
  • Experience in assessing/proposing industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Project Management experience
  • Web development/programming experience
