Software Test Engineer

Internal Job Description Required. <p>Requirements<br /> • minimum 1 year of experience in games testing<br /> • very good understanding of quality assurance processes<br /> • working knowledge and experience using bug tracking tools<br /> • strong game playing abilities and good understanding of the various genres<br /> • good knowledge of English (min. B2)<br /> • active team player with good written and spoken communication skills<br /> • good organizing and time management skills<br /> • very good performance in a previous testing role<br /> • excellent attention to detail<br /> • patience and persistence for repetitive work<br /> Responsibilities<br /> • assists Test Leads and/or Software Test Engineers in test co-ordination and test status reporting<br /> • creates and maintains test cases<br /> • runs test cases accurately and efficiently to have confidence in documented results<br /> • reports and regresses bugs to validate that they have been addressed correctly and vets to ensure quality standards<br /> • uses own gaming knowledge and exploratory testing skills to identify potential issues and risk areas within the product<br /> • provides feedback and suggestions to improve game quality and game experience<br /> • provides project feedback and ideas to peers, leads and management<br /> • continuously expands knowledge of testing practices and relevant hardware<br /> • constantly shares his/her knowledge with other team members (involved in the training process)</p>
