What You Will Do:
Provide project leadership, vision, and clear direction to a team of Games Test Associates
Track all aspects of the project - scope, schedule, effort, staff, SCM, risks, issues etc. Identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan. Re-plan the project accordingly
Monitor and evaluate project performance to established goals and balance the project team focus on strategic and tactical business objectives
Shift priorities, change style, and respond with new approaches as required by changing demands and/or conditions
Manage and address project issues and risks
Ensure awareness of test processes in team, ensure assignment of SQA to project and plan and implement quality activities
Participate in improving and defining new testing processes, solutions, and offerings
Define governance levels and issue escalation path
Prepare and implement Training Plans and Career Plans for the team
Mentor at least senior leads or junior managers and have a succession plan in place
Manage expenses/billing for the project (approval of Timesheets, leave records, any travel expenses, etc.)
To Be Successful You Will Have:

Passion for video games
At least 5 years of work experience and strong competences in gaming or technology environment
Good command of test tracking and support tools, and MS Office
Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing
Experience testing in an Agile context
Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
Preferred higher education in technology
Willingness to travel
