  • Sr. Deployment Manager (Remote)

    What You Will Do
  • Learn new technologies to be able to train and create training materials in an applied manner relevant to end users, both internal and external.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about existing technologies to update trainings, training materials, and presentations for end users
  • Develop and implement training strategies for global use for both internal and external users
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for global use for both internal and external users
  • Coordinate with internal Communications, Marketing and Product teams for product presence on Lionbridge internal communications portal
  • Develop and implement technology change management strategies for new products and old products with expanded use (such as M&A integrations, technology standardization) and drive product deployment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, Sales, Product, IT) to support technology change management, customer success, training and communication strategies
  • Consult with Product Owners regarding Lionbridge processes and technology needs
  • Act as the Voice of Customer (VoC) for Lionbridge technology products
  • Coordinate and train trainers to provide external customer presentations
  • Troubleshoot product issues
  • Support service desk queues with in-depth product knowledge
  • Coordinate with product docs teams to accurately represent and strategize product Help in an efficient/up-to-date manner
  • Develop and communicate best practices for product use and processes
  • Consult with Operations on applying product/products use to accounts


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 5-10 relevant years' experience and/or prior experience in a Localization Management position
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing technology solutions and ability to define opportunities to automate processes
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach, motivate, guide, train and model for a group
  • Experience working with remote teams and off-shore resources effectively
  • Ability to successfully identify potential problems and risk factors, and propose innovative solutions
  • Ability to make independent decisions with effective judgment
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and make presentations to upper management
  • Ability to comfortably work in a multi-cultural and multilingual environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and track effective metrics (quality, efficiency, cost)
  • Ability to monitor and assess new technology and develop implementation plans
