Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) - Remote in Spain, Italy or France
Lionbridge is looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our European Talent Acquisition Team and support our hiring needs across all the different levels and functions of the organization, hiring exceptional talent with a combination of skills for different industry segments. As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d), you will partner closely with leaders and hiring managers from Southern Europe (including Spain, France, Italy) to plan, source and recruit strong talent. You will successfully manage the entire recruiting process and deliver a great experience for new hires, candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, set clear expectations and implement effective recruiting plans to hire great people.
Manage the entire recruitment process for all internal and external candidates: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer.
Use your labor market expertise to leverage the right candidate channels and messaging to attract high-quality candidates.
Build positive and credible relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teammates.
Meet and exceed your goals that include: the number of hires, time to fill, interview to offer ratio, quality of hire and offer acceptance rate.
Active participation in shaping the awareness of the Lionbridge brand as an employer on the European market.
Track market trends in recruiting and proposing innovative solutions and improvements.
Over 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience for different types of positions in complex work environment.
Fluent knowledge of English and C2 level of one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian.
Thorough experience as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates.
Experience using a variety of sourcing and marketing methodologies including social and professional networking, job postings and scheduled candidate campaigns.
Creative thinking and the ability to search for non-standard solutions.
Very good organization of work, creativity and independence in action.
Working knowledge of global ATS solutions (Taleo, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) will be an asset.
