Position Summary:

We are looking for a London based Senior Project Manager with a Digital Marketing background that is an experienced and driven person. The SPM will be responsible for day-to day management of complex programs and overall responsibility for managing teams that delivers excellence to our customers.

The role requires class-leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to empathise with and respond to customers' needs, problem-solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly-changing environment. Collaboration with multi-location and cross-functional teams will be key, particularly with our Global Delivery Centres, technology services and management teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, revenue and margin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as first pint of contact within the Customer Org. Forge strong relationship with the customer interfaces, understand the client team dynamic, their business goals, priorities and challenges.
  • Engage directly with custmer stakeholders and build partnerships and confidence in our services
  • Prvide solutions to customers whilst managing effectively customer concerns and queries in a timely manner
  • Manage publishing activities n a global scale and direct engagement with requestors
  • Actively lead pre-sales effrt to win and on-board new customers, leveraging own experience and the experience from supporting teams within Lionbridge
  • Own and maintain prject financials, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting and billings
  • Ensure the accuracy f financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability for one or more complex programs
  • Bring the accunts to a new level of delivery, bring high level of value add to the account - improved processes, innovation, efficiencies, ensuring your team consistently exceed quality standards
  • Participate in custmer planning meetings and to ensure that account teams are aligned with current and future customer requirements
  • Be the vice of the customer and share details & feedback with the global team
  • Overall respnsibility for the timely flow of all account project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations
  • Mnitor daily work and performance of the team and assist with development plans for team members. Address inadequate and reinforce good performance


Requirements
  • 3rd Level degree in Business / Marketing or relevant experience
  • Digital Agency & Localisation experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Web Publishing workflows and processes would be key
  • Content Management System technical knowledge would be beneficial
  • Top-class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in additional language(s) would be a significant advantage.
  • 3 to 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Digital Marketing
