Position Title: Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is a key customer interfacing role and is fully accountable for the Operation and Delivery of the assigned Project(s). They will manage administrative and operational elements of the project(s) ensuring customer satisfaction whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals.

  • Customer Relationship: Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary day-to day contact.
  • Customer Relationship: Manage relationships and expectations between engineering teams and the day-to day teams
  • Scope Management: Identify and manage changes to the project scope ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve on time deliveries in line with contractual KPI's.
  • Quality Management: Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and KPI metrics are met.
  • Human Resource Management: Manage and develop employee's performance against key objectives, policies and procedures to obtain maximum effectivity.
  • Communication Management: Develop and implement a communication plan for the project including external and internal reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate.
  • Tools Management: Provide administrative support to day-to day team

  • Develop and maintain process and quality levels in line with contractual standards.
  • Ensure employees continued development to meet individual objectives.
  • Motivate and coach project teams, identify training needs.
  • Assist in maintaining all project records for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Monitoring and control of project risks.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting
  • Manage and drive project in-line with other strategic business requirements and initiatives.

  • Proven Project Management experience, preferably in a related field or appropriate industry.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be familiar with basic email and internet communications.
  • Proven people management skills, including: team building, conflict resolution, employee engagement.
  • Adaptable and have proactive approach to work.
  • Resourceful, confident and proven ability to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
