The planner will work as a senior end-to-end planner using analysis of planning data to ensure assurance of supply and compliance with inventory guidance. This position is responsible for training initiatives within the department and requires creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under direction, but also independently and with little supervision.

Responsibilities:
• WW end-to-end demand planning for more than 100 parts including reviewing and updating build plans against demand equations demand integration models.
• Weekly building plan versus demand equation (Excel model) for approximately 50 parts.
• Forecast/Demand integration modeling
• Review historical trends, demand drivers, evaluate and pre-validate sales forecast models, summarize data, and refine demand inputs across 3 global regions for financial gap closing opportunities.
• Analyze inventory variances and suggest/follow up on corrective actions to ensure appropriate inventory levels or reduction in excess.
• Support master data maintenance and planning processes, ensuring the integrity of data to optimize demand planning performance and to close financial gaps.
• Collaborate with world-wide regional factory planners to ensure weekly product builds supporting demand qualities and on time deliveries.
• Weekly Shipment and Receipts: Generate shipment reports.
• Weekly Tracking: Send reporting/updates on factory receipts.
• Inventory Reporting - Daily monitoring and Inventory Management to replenish units as needed. Communicate weekly on inventory and status of orders/backlog.
• Update Volume Tracker with information on PO requests.
• Forecast and Planning: update forecasting reports and planning documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborates with planning team members to meet ending inventory goals and customer deliveries.
• Maintains planning perimeters in global planning books for all regions.
• Attend and participate in various weekly meetings including regional operational managers, outside customer conferences calls, customer tactical and supply chain.
• Training of new hire planners within the department as requested.

Skills:
• Clear communication, both oral and written.
• Microsoft Windows OS and Office
• Large data-handling experience: advanced in MS Excel.
• Understanding forecasting and direct knowledge of the manufacturing process.
• Direct experience with Supply Chain processes and functions.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle planning-related functionalities.
• Strong statistical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.

Education:
BA degree or equivalent experience.
