Lionbridge Gaming is seeking a Mobile (iOS & Android) Developer to join our fast-growing Games Technology Cloud R&D organization responsible for building technology ecosystem supporting games production flows. The goal of the organization is to create an innovative service, which can be accessed globally in SaaS model, allowing developers and publishers improve their production and maintenance processes in different areas. Being the member of our team, you have a chance to work for such big players in the industry like BANDAI NAMCO, WB GAMES, NCSOFT, MICROSOFT STUDIOS and many others.

We're looking for a Developer that will help us successfully execute the technology decisions we are making all the time. Job description

The Mobile (iOS & Android) Developer is a key role, enabling Lionbridge to be successful in the Games Technology Service business.

You will be responsible for software engineering for mobile platforms (iOS & Android) where we create special plugins, SDKs and apps to serve our wide range of customers from gaming industry. Being a Mobile Developer in our Games Technology Cloud R&D organization, you will have a possibility to use your professional skillset to create mobile solutions for whole technology ecosystem. You will have opportunity to tackle unconventional problems like solving performance measurement algorithms or uncovering new ways to control iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining good code quality (unit tests, code reviews, performance tests);
  • Development of mobile applications used for demonstration purposes;
  • Maintaining code/feature documentation;
  • Cooperation with other developers to keep code integrity at feature level.

Requirements:
  • Practical experience with C++, C#, Java, Unity game engine and Objective C;
  • Experience with mobile platform development (iOS, Android);
  • Experience with Git source control system;
  • Moderate experience in Unity game engine;
  • Knowledge of English allowing to understand technical documentation.


Essential skills:
  • Analytical mindset (problem-solving skills);
  • Proactivity, engagement and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently without direct supervision.


Not required but would be an asset:
  • Practical experience with one of widely used game engines targeting mobile devices;
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps;
  • Practical knowledge about reverse engineering;
  • Basic knowledge about Python;


Tools we use:
  • Code: JB Rider, JB CLion, Android Studio, XCode;
  • Management: Azure DevOps, Git;
  • OS: MacOS, Linux or Windows;
  • Other: Unreal.
