Senior In-House Workfront Consultant

Lionbridge is actively seeking a talented consultant with a solid Workfront consulting and implementation background to successfully fulfill this critical, senior role to work as part of our team embedded in Cisco Systems Inc.'s internal brand agency, "The Hatch". Lionbridge is an award-winning company enabling more than 800 brands to increase international market share, speed adoption of products and effectively engage their customers in local markets worldwide. This particular Lionbridge account services Cisco's brand team, IHAF's In-house Agency of the Year Award winner, 2020.

The consultant, who will report directly to the Tools and Tech Manager, must be able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional remote global team. We are seeking a strong, independent professional who possesses the experience, ability and desire to thrive in such a team, by being highly involved and communicative with colleagues, as well as internal and external clients.

Your ability to consult and collate solid business requirements will be critical to this role. The talent to deep dive into complex, varying business problems/needs and drive to the heart of the problem is therefore a must. It will also be essential to be able to translate these complex problems into simple, effective solutions which will lead to an undeniable favorable ROI.

The skill to establish yourself as the 'trusted adviser' who can help customers see the strategic vision of what they can accomplish in Workfront and help them to plan for, execute on, and achieve those outcomes is critical.

Responsibilities:

Consulting:
  • Engage in remote consulting calls to quickly understand clients' business problems/needs and turn them into technical requirements and proposed solutions. Mapping these proposed solutions out and converting into workflows will be necessary.
  • Engage in remote consulting calls to understand how customers' existing instance has been configured and provide post go-live consulting to newly implemented customers.
  • Conduct process improvement exercises with customers on a regular cadence to increase customer adoption and maturity.


Relationship building and Team SME:
  • Establish yourself as the Workfront SME in the team.
  • Guide and mentor other team members where and when needed.
  • Develop a favorable 'trusted Workfront advisor' relationship with colleagues, clients and both sets of management teams.


Domain knowledge and innovation:
  • Stay up to date on Workfront releases, new features and products which include Workfront, Workfront Library, Workfront Proofing, Fusion and all future product releases.
  • Find ways to innovate The Hatch's Workfront instance and to remain best in class.
  • Always bring new and innovative ideas to the table (continuous improvement).
  • Educate customers on new functionality or functionality currently not being utilized.


Documentation:
  • Develop all necessary documentation related to customer engagements (requirements gathering, proposed solutions, workflows etc.).
  • Stay on top of documentation updates so that they don't become outdated. House in an organized and accessible manner.


Skills:

  • In-depth working knowledge of Workfront solutions.
  • A genuine interest in working with clients to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs.
  • Think creatively to build unique Workfront solutions to address uncommon business needs.
  • Drive multiple customer projects, while maintaining timelines and personal workload.
  • Ability to help customers see the larger vision of how they can benefit from Workfront, identify needs and create solutions to help them reach that vision.
  • Solid understanding of consulting processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation and relationship skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and be viewed by customers as a trusted adviser.


Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Workfront experience
  • Must have implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience
  • Experience in Workfront adoption and change management
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Strong English language and written/oral communications skills
  • Able to work and collaborate with people of diverse personalities and various backgrounds
  • Experience in complying with corporate guidelines
