What You Will Do:
Support all aspects related to personnel administration in the company.
Co-prepare and coordinate the flow of personnel documents and information (employment contracts, B2B contracts, contracts of mandate, annexes, employment certificates, work certificates, payroll data).
Collaborate with the finance department and external provider in calculating and paying wages.
Verify the legality of employment.
Determine employee entitlements.
Administer absences (including sick leaves, unpaid leaves, maternity, parental, and childcare leaves).
Administer the working time system and calculate working time; support the creation of work schedules and verify compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations.
Coordinate and conduct formalities related to the termination of employment.
Operate personnel systems.
Administer employee benefits in the company.
Update current procedures, regulations, etc.
Advise and support Managers and Employees on personnel issues.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
At least 2 years of experience in a position in personnel administration.
Fluent knowledge of English.
Knowledge of payroll systems (SAP, Enova knowledge is welcome), PŁATNIK.
Proficient use of MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
Ability to practically apply the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, and Civil Code knowledge is welcome.
Experience in servicing internal clients.
Communicative, independent, reliable, and high professional ethics.
