Lionbridge is currently seeking a Global Talent Development Manager to join our team. In this role, the Global Talent Development Manager is responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to evaluate development gaps and establish informed initiatives for employee knowledge workers. Additionally, the Global Talent Development Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering the LMS, managing external vendors, delivering consistent meaningful and exciting content and measuring the success of new and existing learning and development programs. This role will be held responsible for ensuring our internal talent is "Ready Now" and fulfills our objective to promote from within.
What You Will Do:
Manage employee development programs such as professional development, onboarding, leadership training, and team communication
Build powerful relationships with Leaders across Lionbridge to help gather and prioritize development needs across teams
Partner throughout the enterprise to align current training resources with their needs and identify areas of opportunity for new training resources.
Track and measure the impact and effectiveness of the various learning solutions you implement
Use data to identify the most impactful initiatives
Drive an increase in "Ready Now" internal candidates for greater internal mobility
Deeply understand the qualifications and competencies necessary for critical career paths and build a meaningful curriculum to support.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
5+ years of related experience and demonstrated history of implementing new processes and driving results in large, global enterprise
Strong coaching, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills - able to present new ideas, approaches and processes to managers and teammates at all levels throughout the organization
Program Management experience and the ability to lead multiple projects, track deadlines and milestones, and not lose sight of the big picture
Strong experience with HR Tools and processes including LMS systems and company surveys
The ability to identify issues, be flexible, adapt and problem solve in a fast paced, changing environment
Data- and fact-driven perspective. You will be able to shed the "nice to do" in favor of the urgent and important.
Prioritization as a key competency and can juggle multiple competing priorities for the benefit of the employees and Lionbridge. Able to say "no" and "not yet".
Demonstrated professional facilitation skills and are able to assess quality of content and delivery of curriculum
The ability to work comfortably with a global community and adapt curriculum to the specific needs of a local site
