Senior Corporate IT Specialist

Warsaw | Masovian Voivodeship | Poland

This is level 2 IT position responsible for providing advanced level of PC user support, new hire setups, group metrics, desktop/laptop upgrades, support for local offices and support with datacenter services. Tutoring for level 1 staff is also required.

Basic requirements:

• strong IT awareness and technical acumen

• English proficiency (particularly in writing)

• ability to work various shifts in 24/7 support model

• strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications

• good analytical and problem-solving skills

• outstanding customer orientation and focus on excellence

• ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to all levels of users and management

Ideal candidate should additionally have:

• basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

• network environment understanding (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN)

• experience in a remote support environment

• degree/diploma/certificates in IT (or studies in progress)

• experience working in a technical support environment

• Business English certificate

Scope of responsibilities:

• provide first level technical support for corporate users and external customers

• corporate systems administration

• network and systems monitoring

• performing periodical maintenance tasks

• following defined procedures and processes

As we are supporting our Customers 24/7 there may be times when some off hours work may be required. This may contain overtime hours to be completed along with off hours mobile call escalations (for which there is an expectation to answer/follow up on) to support our Technology Incident PO process. Remuneration for this work will be provided per local labor law and local HR guidelines.
