Lionbridge AI at TELUS International is looking for Scheduling Assistants to help us coordinate and schedule participants for an onsite, short-term video production engagement in San Jose, CA.. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located within PDT time zone in order to be considered.
The project is initially scheduled to last 7 weeks, but could get extended.
Main responsibilities
Set appointments with customers, track info and status
Represent and promote Lionbridge AI | TELUS brand.
Cooperate and report regularly to Projects Manager, Project Coordinators and other team members.
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a high call volume/scheduling environment as you will be making/receiving large volumes of calls and scheduling numerous appointments with participants.
Full-time availability to work from home throughout the project duration.
Located within Pacific (PDT) time zone.
Excellent English language skills.
Already possesses internet connection and telephone.
At ease with calling and speaking on the phone
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently
Outspoken, friendly and have positive attitude to different people
Good technical skills
Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processor, mail clients
Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment
