Lionbridge AI at TELUS International is looking for Scheduling Assistants to help us coordinate and schedule participants for an onsite, short-term video production engagement in San Jose, CA.. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located within PDT time zone in order to be considered.

The project is initially scheduled to last 7 weeks, but could get extended.

Main responsibilities
  • Set appointments with customers, track info and status
  • Represent and promote Lionbridge AI | TELUS brand.
  • Cooperate and report regularly to Projects Manager, Project Coordinators and other team members.


Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a high call volume/scheduling environment as you will be making/receiving large volumes of calls and scheduling numerous appointments with participants.
  • Full-time availability to work from home throughout the project duration.
  • Located within Pacific (PDT) time zone.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Already possesses internet connection and telephone.
  • At ease with calling and speaking on the phone
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Outspoken, friendly and have positive attitude to different people
  • Good technical skills
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processor, mail clients
  • Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment
