Lionbridge Poland is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our fast- growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning all of Lionbridge solutions with the help of product specialists and managing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Gaining and expanding contacts through consistent and effective outreach;
  • Independently contacting prospective customers to present Lionbridge's solutions that can benefit customer's needs;
  • Educating customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services, availability, etc.;
  • Performing effective online or in-person demonstrations;
  • Developing, maintaining and utilizing a sales development plan within assigned regional market and vertical industry;
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue quotas and KPIs;
  • Providing accurate revenue forecasts on a periodic basis;
  • Maintaining a robust and up-to-date pipeline;
  • Collaborating and maintaining relationships with upper management, Account Managers and Operations teams.
  • Articulating Lionbridge's products and value to potential prospects;
  • Achieving daily/weekly call metrics and meeting goals;
  • Developing territory strategy to penetrate market;
  • Leveraging existing marketing programs to engage potential prospects;
  • Developing and implement new and creative outreach strategies.


Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in a closing role;
  • Native or near native knowledge of one of at least one of the following languages: German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, Italian;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or its equivalent;
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPIs;
  • Strong sense of urgency, motivation and professionalism;
  • Ability to work well individually or as a member of a team;
  • Strong Internet research skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.


Not required, but would be an asset:
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within the localization industry;
  • Proficiency utilizing enterprise CRM tool Salesforce.com;
  • Experience as a Team Lead.
