Analyst, Risk Management

We are seeking an Analyst - Risk Management that will be paramount in maintaining and improving our privacy and security programs. In this role, you will participate in and improve processes and procedures to respond to customer questions, support Lionbridge's internal teams in assessments and RFPs, develop and deploy training campaigns, as well as strengthening our internal/external relationships.

You will work closely with other members of the Sales, Marketing, Legal and Operations organizations to assess new technologies, complete vendor and customers due diligence, and incorporate new regulations or/and requirements into the internal/external assessments.

We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic towards privacy and security and ultimately, for doing the right thing for the company and our customers.

What You Will Do :
  • Review customers' and internal questionaries, provide an accurate response, track the requests, and identify any new requirements based on new regulations and laws
  • Assist in developing documentation explaining Lionbridge Trust commitments
  • Participate actively in management meetings and presentations
  • Own the vendor and community members compliance review
  • Identify policies, processes, and procedures gaps, and work in collaboration with the Director of Information Security to document any risk
  • Plan and drive training and awareness campaigns, independently or/and in collaboration with the Director of Privacy and Compliance
  • Educate customers on the privacy and privacy features of Lionbridge, availability through virtual meetings and presentations
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Focus on internal and external collective wins by bringing a "how can I help?" approach to all situations


To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in or around security, privacy, compliance or equivalent
  • Familiar with Regulations, GDPR/CCPA/LGPD/OFAC
  • Moderate level of understanding of computer security concepts including Identity & Access Mgmt., Network Security, Application Security, Incident Management, or Risk & Compliance
  • An understanding of the role of a Data Controller and Data Processor under data protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc,)
  • Knowledge and understanding of information technology and data protection industry trends and emerging technologies and an ability to relate them to the company and its objectives
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change related to the company strategy, internal/external relationships, and organizational direction
  • Ability to think out of the box and solve problems independently or by collaboration with partner teams
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a "can do" attitude
