For our Talent Acquisition Team, we are currently looking for an experienced leader who will be responsible for managing recruitment in Poland. As part of this role, you will work with a Team of over a dozen dedicated Recruiters, providing human resources to all company departments.
By reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe located in Warsaw, you will gain regional and global exposure and an opportunity to participate in creating a talent acquisition and retention strategy.
What You Will Do
Be accountable for creation and implementation of a local recruitment strategy for the main departments in line with global objectives.
Build and maintain relations with different groups of stakeholders (Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, back office teams) to manage their expectations and/or ensure efficient cooperation.
Manage a team of Recruiters (goal setting, task allocation, motivating, performance reviews, development).
Manage day-to-day recruitment operations for all departments and position levels in Warsaw office.
Ensure the service continues to meet internal standards and recruiting KPIs.
Provide continuous process, source and tool optimizations by delivering strategic insights and analyses, performance data and trend information, and lead Recruitment Team accordingly.
Design programs for attracting, recruiting and retaining talents.
Manage recruitment budget and assure proper resources allocation.
To Be Successful You Will Need
6+ years of experience in Recruiting with 2+ years in leading teams in complex work environment.
Corporate recruiting background preferably in IT sector and/or managing high volume recruitments.
Extensive knowledge of the market, modern tools and trends.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, easiness in building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships.
Leadership skills enabling effective management of a team of people.
Fluency in both Polish and English.
Strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Working knowledge of global ATS solutions (Taleo, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) will be an asset.
Ability to represent Lionbridge with a high level of professionalism.
