Lionbridge is actively seeking a Recruiter to join our in-house corporate recruiting team and support our hiring needs. As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to plan, source and recruit strong talent. You will successfully manage the entire recruiting process and deliver a great experience for new hires, candidates and hiring managers.
What You Will Do:
Partner with Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, set clear expectations and implement effective recruiting plans to hire great people
Meet and exceed your goals that include number of hires, time to fill, interview to offer ratio, quality of hire and offer acceptance rate.
Manage the entire recruitment process for all internal and external candidates; sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer.
Use your labor market expertise to leverage the right candidate channels and messaging to attract high-quality candidates.
Ability to grow positive and credible relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teammates.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
Over 3 years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience.
Thorough experience as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates.
An established network of strong local talent.
Experience using a variety of sourcing and marketing methodologies including social and professional networking, job postings and scheduled candidate campaigns.
A love for recruiting and learning, and the desire to work in a best in class team!
