What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with and support management in administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Research and provide status updates on assigned tasks
  • Greet and sign-in visitors
  • Follow visitor and employee protocols
  • Filing, Typing, Copying, Scanning
  • Record, maintain, and seek approval for local accounts payable invoices
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Assist with scheduling and morale planning


To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • At least 1 year experience working in an administrative role
  • Organization and planning experience
  • Research experience
