Project Manager

Responsible for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple projects. Manages small team an provides project team oversight and supervision. Understand and coordinate with the external entities, participate/make presentations, identify and implement improvement measures. Generate resource requirement. Create commercial outlook amongst employees. Oversees development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan. Ensures quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing. Provide exception reporting, authorize changes in scope of deliverables, coordinate with other functional heads. Mentor, coach & motivate the team members. Communicate clearly, precisely & effectively. Be the link between technical, quality, commercial and HR department, to conduct review meetings.
