Project Manager (Games)

Project Manager (Games) will manage Games localization projects within account or customer division. Ensure timely delivery of services and execution of tasks within expected quality. Manage and plan capacity and work allocation. Ensure high satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilites:
  • Responsible for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple projects.
  • Manages small team an provides project team oversight and supervision.
  • Understand and coordinate with the external entities, participate/make presentations, identify and implement improvement measures.
  • Generate resource requirement.
  • Create commercial outlook amongst employees.
  • Oversees development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.
  • Ensures quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing.
  • Provide exception reporting, authorize changes in scope of deliverables, coordinate with other functional heads.
  • Mentor, coach & motivate the team members.
  • Communicate clearly, precisely & effectively. Be the link between technical, quality, commercial and HR department, to conduct review meetings.
  • Performing other tasks which are crucial for projects to run properly according to instructions of the manager; in particular timely performance of duties defined for other positions.

Requirements:
  • minimum 2+ yearsof professional experience in localization or related area (preferably in an international environment),
  • minimum B.A. degree (Project Management, Language Studies, Linguistics),
  • Fluent English(written and spoken),
  • highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows),
  • ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment,
  • ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment,
  • attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills,
  • strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff,
  • experience in using CAT tools will be considered an asset.
