We are currently looking for a project manager to join our team in Gothenburg or Copenhagen.
Manage administrative, communicative and operational elements of projects to assure successful completion and customer satisfaction while meeting company financial goals for the project.
Execute projects of any size and medium to high complexity.
Most work accomplished without assistance.
Plan sufficient resource availability to ensure the success of the project.
Create and/or adhere to the project schedule and co-operate with all production team members to ensure viability and commitment.
Create budgets using available project templates or appropriate systems, cost control/tracking, budgeting review, change orders, cost recovery.
Ensure financial information is entered and updated in administrative systems, Work specs and quotes are updated and accurate, PO's are issued and updated.
Supervise, manage and support the project team members.
Ensure that all relevant information and materials for production are available as required.
Advise of potential issues within Operations as a whole or projects specifically.
Ensure that the project meets the established quality standards along with the Customer's standards.
Resolve and/or escalate issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
File tracking, integrity checks, hand-offs, hand-backs between customer and/or production teams, FTP and project structure creation.
Track the progress of the project, ensuring that the project status is visible at all times. Status reporting and/or customer status meetings. Internal status to Sales. Follow up on outstanding issues, flag critical path tasks.
Provide support and feedback to Account Executives and Sales Management as required (e.g. pre- or post-sale activities, quotes, public tenders) to ensure that the customers receive the service they require.
Respond to RFI and RFQ opportunities through the development of well-written, accurate, and thorough proposals.
Escalate any issues regarding customer satisfaction to Account Executives and Sales Management.
Timely and accurate invoicing to the customer.
Timely archiving of projects upon completion.
Post project reviews or possible mid-project review for large projects with customer and/or internally.
Take on champ roles for specific areas.
Act as buddy for Junior Project Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of localization processes and/or product development life cycle, quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies.
Ability to write project plans and documents in a clear and concise manner and communicate effectively with customers, third parties and/or employees.
Ability to set up and maintain budgets.
Customer management skills.
Thorough understanding of basic financial concepts (Gross Margin, Budgets, etc.) as well as overall P/L profitability parameters and company financial targets.
Language skills; High level of spoken and written English.
Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
Excellent verbal and written communication in tone and style for each situation. Competence in e-mail, report, proposal and presentation preparation.
Analytical skills; Able to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements.
Must demonstrate initiative and follow through on projects and on development of team skills and customer relationships.
Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solution-oriented.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
Correct and proactive communication in tone and style for each situation. Competence in e-mail and report communication, as well as proposal and presentation preparation as well as in customer meetings.
University degree in business, languages or other relevant field.
