Requirements:
  • advanced command of English
  • university degree (preferably Management, Economics, Linguistics, or related)
  • working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • demonstrated multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • proven flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities


Scope of responsibilities:
  • cooperating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure the progress and quality of work being performed
  • effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to English speaking project stakeholders
  • keeping the Project Manager informed about project status and issues that may impact relations with customers
  • assisting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring projects in order to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements
  • creating project documentation
  • communicating ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
