Position Title: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the collection and collation of technical data from a variety of Engineering and Manufacturing departments. Daily responsibilities may include process coordination, maintaining records, specifications, source documentation, drawings and other related documentation including auditing of document source vaults as well as creating or processing Engineering Change Notices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and collate technical data from a wide variety of sources.
• Collect appropriate engineering data for usage in databases and conduct related research.
• Research databases, intranets and other data sources for relevant information.
• Collate data into single package for further analysis.
• Integrate collected data into Change Notices.
• Interpret, log, and report on technical data.
• Develop and maintain documentation by coordinating change notices
• Processing of department shipment requests and classifications.
• Safety training and certification coordination.
• Providing support for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Must be detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and analyze various types of content and data.
• Ability to quickly learn different kinds of data tools such as Excel, Windchill, Alfresco, and/or SAP.
• Able to work with different kinds of data, including databases, spreadsheets, etc.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
• Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
• Able to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness.
• Strong initiative, multitasking, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Must learn quickly and apply knowledge independently.

Education & Experience:
• Associates Degree (AA or AS) or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school, related experience and/or training; or 0 - 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
