Position Title: Program Manager, Global Content, GES

The Program Manager role is responsible for ensuring that all content development projects and related managed services projects are executed to the satisfaction of the customer. The Program Manager must possess superior communication skills to build solid client relationships and manage teams of resources across multiple locations. The role is based in the US supporting a customer based in California.
What you will do
Manage the content development activities of multiple projects/programs for the customer
Ensure projects are proactively managed and executed according to schedules, are on budget, and any issues are resolved promptly
Overall responsibility for scheduling, risks, productivity, finances and resource allocation
Manage program schedules and/or changes and determine their impact and proactively address customer support requests
Monitor and manage team members to support retention and maximize productivity
Manage production issues to timely resolution and communicate with Senior Operations and Account Management on any issues related to quality, delivery or customer satisfaction
Manage risks to the achievement of the Project/Program's goals
Collaborate with Senior Operations and Account Management on the overall strategy for the program
Own and manage the financials for the program, including quoting, budgets, invoicing, month end and forecasting
To be successful you must have
5+ years' experience as a successful project manager through the entire project lifecycle.
Experience program managing geographically dispersed teams
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Record of delivering results against rigorous project schedules
Budgeting and forecasting resource allocation procedures
Bachelor's degree or appropriate industry experience.
