Program Manager

Lionbridge AI are looking to hire a Project Manager, to work with their team in Ballina, Co. Mayo, on a fixed term maternity cover contract. This will be a remote-based role in Ireland.

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong project management expertise and proven experience in bringing change within a fast paced environment.

You will know how to foster collaboration within a team environment, be able to build strong relationships with functional leaders and be a good team motivator.

Attention to detail and the ability to make decisions based on data driven analysis is key to this role. With competing priorities you will have a track record of meeting customer KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement - Manage customer relationships and serve as a primary day to day contact for customers. Handling all project requests to ensure customer deliverables are met.
• Communication - Communicate project status, issues and risks to the customer.
• Metrics Driven - Ensure customer KPI's are tracked and met by the business.
• Resourcing - Ensure that productivity metrics are met by ensuring correct level of resourcing across markets.
• Financials - Provide updates on program financials and track program costs.
• Quality - Work with the Quality team to ensure that customer Quality KPI's are being met
• Status Reporting - Create and distribute Weekly Status Reports and lead a weekly customer call.
• Process Improvements - Continuous Improvement initiatives need to be managed and seen through to rollout on the program
• Business Reviews - Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews sharing analytics and insights relevant to customer goals.
