We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Lionbridge AI | TELUS International team!! The Program Manager will function as a strategic, client-facing, results-driven and innovative operations leader.

This a great opportunity to work with international teams and with a leading global customer. Suitable candidates will have excellent inter-personal skills and business-planning skills. The ideal candidates is an innovative leader who is passionate about the customer and able to work on several diverse projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Together with the Program Director, engage with customers as the senior operational leader: understand customer business issues and lead global teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings.
  • Accountable for increasing organic program revenue, managing margins and other KPIs.
  • Work with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction; implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking and automation across all lines of service delivery.
  • Track and monitor performance of global delivery teams and external suppliers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality and profitability.
  • Responsible for operational revenue forecast; partner with sales team on sales forecast.
  • Act as a key interface with clients at the last stage of the sales cycle, provide thought leadership as solutions are being crafted, and drive transition and onboarding new clients as appropriate.
  • The projects will be mostly, but not exclusively, related to natural language processing, data curation and labeling, software development, speech recognition and synthesis, artificial intelligence and cognitive systems.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Additional Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary communication link and escalation path across the customer program.
  • Manage global workflow with global teams including financial processes, technical solutions and headcount planning.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of our expected revenue with appropriate highlighting of risk(s).
  • Provide guidance and performance coaching to global operations team for this account.
  • Consistently drive excellent Customer experience and service.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and QBR processes internally and with customer.
  • Provide executive updates and overview on overall health of the account to Operations leaders and Global Client Solutions leadership.


Primary Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management, ideally in Machine Learning or similar environment/domain.
  • Experience in research or data collection projects involving text, speech, image or video.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning data processing.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with professional work ethics.
  • Knowledge of key sales processes and tools.
  • Passion about our customers, our technology and our people.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills; demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and agility.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); proven project management skills and a motivated self-starter.
  • Proven experience in effecting change, driving institutional change through effective cross-group collaboration and group evangelization.
  • Demonstrate overt creative and innovative capabilities.
  • A consistent, "can do" attitude, and ability to act quickly to rally organizations around a common vision.
