Lionbridge Poland is looking for a passionate Product Manager responsible for defining our product, services roadmap and go-to market approach to help Lionbridge Games grow our presence in mobile gaming strategically and become a provider of choice for mobile developers and publishers around the world, and also remain very competitive on the Console and PC platforms.
Lionbridge Games (LG) provides world-class global publishing services to global platform holders, AAA game publishers, and game developers. Lionbridge Gaming is looking for a passionate Product /Proposition manager for its Games testing services and technology initiatives with a view to a) support the pre-launch, launch and post launch of our test platform, organize our transformation to a SaaS model and b) overall help us deliver a differentiated, competitive and thorough end-to-end suite of Test services (FQA, LQA, Compliance, etc.) to support our growth on the market.
Understand the gaming market;
Understand our customer requirements for our platform and services, including profiling key buyer personas, key buying scenarios, etc.;
Analyze and monitor the competitive market;
Maintain a SWOT analysis;
Propose a feature and services roadmap with innovation and differentiation at the core;
Analyze and propose business models and pricing with a view to maximize monetization;
Monitor services profitability;
Outline our go-to market model and coordinate its execution with sales and marketing;
Organize and supervise our early adoption and potential channel initiatives;
Propose our marketing outreach plan and coordinate its execution;
Propose our evangelization approach and coordinate its execution;
Organize the customer satisfaction monitoring model;
Support customer deals, especially in the first months;
Taking care of customer's experience at all times.
3+ years' experience in product management, preferably in an international environment;
Experience in supporting B to B + SaaS products + services go to market in a technology / consumer/ entertainment environment is a plus;
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including but not limited to developers, sales teams, operational teams, marketers and executives;
Strong organizational, communication and management skills;
Proven communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff;
Proven team-building skills "by influence";
Ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment;
Knowledge of the global Video Games business and passion for games and/or the entertainment industry;
Attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills;
Strong cross group collaboration with internal and external partners;
Excellent task prioritization and organizational skills;
Passion for global solutions and international customers;
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office, email and internet communications/tools;
Good English written and oral communication skills are important .
