Lionbridge is Hiring - Process Improvement Manager, Dublin, Ireland. This role can be remote-based in Ireland
Lionbridge need an experienced Process Improvement Manager to join our fast-moving team to oversee and manage a program of improving efficiencies and the effectiveness of our processes. while delivering tools and technology to our user community.
What you will do:
While working for a truly global organisation, you will get to lead and shape all processes that End User Services (EUS) team engage in - including liaison with all other groups that intersect such as Helpdesk and Operations.
Leading the global team on defining and improving our processes and implementing efficiencies and improvements
Lead team in current processes analysis to weed-out inefficiencies
Implement LEAN principles into our process's examining the effectiveness and revising to eliminate waste
Act as a change agent for the EUS organisation leading and implementing change transformations and identifying areas where change can be implemented
Design and implement dashboards and KPI's for our process's and establish metrics for process improvement, sustainability and continuous improvement
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiencies
Partner with other internal and external department in scope alignment and definition of process's and opportunities for improvement
Maximise team efficiency by identifying and removing blockers
Implement an audit and inspection process that identifies successes and failures and ameliorates against the failures
Some examples of the initiatives / processes you will be developing and leading are:
User lifecycle - onboarding and offboarding
Asset management and reporting
Office moves adds and changes
Digital experience tools (with a focus on user experience and enhanced quality of service)
Helpdesk engagement, scripting and automation
To be successful you will have:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
3+ years' relevant experience within a global IT organization
Relevant experience and qualifications pertaining to the role
IT Service Management experience and certification such as ITIL 4 is desirable
Outstanding analytic and data management skills with an ability to identify and realise opportunities and decisions from multiple disparate data sources
A proven ability to instil and reinforce a process efficiency culture within the IT team
Previous experience in a global setting is desirable
