Project Management Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the team of localization project managers and coordinators by ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration. The role requires excellent communication and motivational skills. We are looking for a person experienced in localization industry, with a positive, can-do-attitude and attention to details.
4 - 5 years of professional experience in the translation and localization industry within a senior project management role, preferably in an international environment;
Flawless English and Polish languages knowledge;
Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects, resource allocation both on operational and strategic level;
Demonstrating strong leadership, motivational and communication skills (both written and oral);
Ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and assigned to each team members;
Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows), knowledge of CAT tools and project tracking software;
Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment;
Attention to detail with strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
Very good command of written and spoken English;
Supervising and managing the team of project managers and project coordinators;
Motivating and building effective team with excellent client service level (identify and improve the performance of individuals if necessary);
Discover training needs and provide coaching;
Knowledge sharing and expertise on management of localization projects;
Contributing to the development and implementation of the company strategy (managing KPIs);
Collaborating with other functional departments of the company (Sales, Language, Engineering, Digital Media & Publishing);
Representing the team on company level.
