Paid Media Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Project Manager with a track record of managing measurably effective and impactful B2B digital media campaigns. You will be responsible for supporting Cisco global media campaigns end-to-end with a stakeholder landscape that is manageable but complex, making coordinating efforts at both the global and regional levels imperative. This means a deep understanding and comfort working virtually and across time zones is a must.

The Global Media team is part of the Growth Marketing and Brand team at Cisco. We see every interaction that people have with our company as an opportunity to engage our customers. You'll partner with talented, mature, and experienced individuals at Cisco across regions and departments including Insights & Analytics, Strategic Programs and Organizations, and many Business Units.

What You Will Do:
  • Monitor list of projects and drive projects forward to completion
  • Manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines concurrently
  • Develop a detailed project plan and schedule and monitor and track progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Track deliverables status with stakeholders
  • Proactively manage foreseen risk, identify alternate solutions, report issues, and escalate to management as needed
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Track and communicate project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, digital, or advertising agency environment. Paid media PM experience is a big plus!
  • A proactive, motivated, self-starter, and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience developing and continuously managing expectations, project plans, and timelines
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing project priorities, stakeholders, and timing
  • Experience and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills- be able to work independently, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines with a confident, positive attitude
  • Proven ability to communicate direction and requirements which mobilizes the team and stakeholders to meet clearly defined project goals
