Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects within account or customer division. Person on this position will ensure timely delivery of services and execution of tasks within expected quality, will be in charge of managing and planning the capacity and work allocation and for ensuring high satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Language Localization or similar environment/domain;
Fluent English knowledge;
Professional background in project finances;
Highly Developed computer skills (MS office, Windows)
Top-class communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
Focus on quality and attention to details;
Experience in data collection and crowd is a plus;
Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment;
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met.
Responsibility for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple localization projects;
Possibility to work remotely;
Communication with the external customers, participate/make presentations, identify and implement improvement measures;
Coordination of language resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Overseeing development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan;
Ensuring quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing;
Providing exception reporting and clarifying changes in scope of deliverables to key requestors;
Mentoring, coaching & motivating the team members;
Good understanding of language quality principles.
Clear, precise & effective communication.
Performing other tasks which are crucial for projects to run properly according to instructions of the manager; in particular timely performance of duties defined for other positions.
