Licensing Project Manager - Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA)

This is a Remote/WFH role that must reside within the Continental US

About the role:

Under the general supervision of the Global Practice Lead, this role's primary purpose is to manage end-to-end license procurement projects from initial client requests to full execution of relevant agreements. You will also build and maintain records of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) for efficient and informed facilitation of internal and external stakeholder requests.

What you will do:
  • Scope, quote, and execute licensing projects for COA and eCOA clients.
  • Facilitate license holder reviews if required per the relevant agreements on all projects
  • Research and maintain records and summaries on instruments by completing searches for instrument records, licensing information and related reference details via web searches, documentation reviews, interviews, email and calls.
  • Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the licensing process, as required, to set and maintain expectations in general and for specific requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows and documentation.
  • Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Global COA Team on initiatives.


Requirements
  • 3+ years' licensing facilitation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • COA domain experience.
  • Localization experience is a strong plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools, esp. MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
