The Language Production Lead coordinates and executes language-related activities while adhering to customer requirements and internal processes. This role involves improving processes, managing complex linguistic issues, and enhancing customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on client proposals and project execution, driving continuous improvement.
Analyse complex source text for linguistic requirements and prepare instructions.
Manage terminology, develop linguistic assets, and implement work processes.
Monitor quality metrics, partner performance, and provide feedback.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients.
Aid, training and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the role & projects.

Educational qualifications and work experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and professional working proficiency in English.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Translation, Localization, or Linguistics.
