We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to support all human resources operations and ensure they're in line with with our business goals.
Our ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR practices and employee management. You should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. You will communicate with managers and employees to support them in all HR matters, to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. You should help to develop and implement better people management practices.
Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers;
Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes;
Manages complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally;
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks;
Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department;
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the area of people management;
Resolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances;
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, builds morale to increase productivity and retention;
Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning;
Manages and facilitates Performance Review cycle and employee engagement survey;
Manages the employee offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and launching the exit process;
Identifies and prioritizes compression issues and engages with Compensation to define strategic solutions;
Suggests new HR strategies.
Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner;
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities;
Excellent people management skills;
Analytical and goal oriented;
Strong business acumen;
Strong time management and priority management skills;
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics;
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
BA degree in Human Resources or related field.
