The Global Program Manager will function as an operational, client facing, results-driven, and innovative operations leader. The role will have accountability for scheduling, technical performance, implementation of all contract deliverables, customer relationships, day to day program delivery, and driving profitable growth.

Customer Satisfaction - Program Manager will monitor and address customer account as it relates to quality management, escalating to Director as necessary. Manager will participate in operational discussions with the customer and proactively monitor and share publicly customer feedback through the Customer Care Database ensuring appropriate actions are taken and shared with the customer in a timely manner.

Operational Excellence - Program Manager will implement, roll out, and measure processes and workflows for all Lionbridge services. The Program Manager will build a strong knowledge of client needs and requirements to ensure Lionbridge deliverables meet and exceed expectations.

Business & Financial - By effectively managing resources, schedule and delivery, the Program Manager will monitor financial results of specific projects and provide problem solving and solution driven recommendations to Program Director as needed.

What you will do:

  • Implement, analyze, and adjust operational delivery model to ensure program deliverables are met and financial targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of domain utilized by the Program, where the client sits within the industry, competitors, and an overall awareness of Lionbridge solutions in the specific market.
  • Mastery of required reporting, billing, contract deliverables and timeline.
  • First level driver of client relationship and conduit to project growth, new business and or scope expansion.
  • Uses PM expertise to manage local team, pace of project and internal and external communication with client and necessary Lionbridge parties.
  • Identify and communicate program requirements around resources and expenses, providing appropriate business case as necessary.
  • Build levels of communication and relationship within client and Lionbridge to ensure success of project.
  • Ability to communicate, document and execute operational model with all levels of the team for both Lionbridge resources and members of the client team.
  • Capable of clear communication to successfully manage and escalate issues, ideas, proposals, and negotiation when appropriate.
  • Understands corporate cultures and is able to adjust style to blend well and promote strong relationships with team and client at all levels.


To be successful you will have:

  • 4-7 years' experience in project management, program management, finance or marketing, customer relations, prior agency, entertainment/gaming industry experience a plus
  • BA/BS required. Advanced business degree preferred.
  • Extensive interpersonal skills, an action-oriented mindset, drive for results, business acumen, and the ability to work with a team
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills while working within established business priorities and constraint.
  • Demonstrates an overt creativity and innovation capability.
  • Able to establish instant credibility, strong relationships and will be a leader who both speaks and acts with the confidence gained through experience
