We at Lionbridge are currently seeking a passionate and talented Global Program Manager with a track record of delivery, ownership and execution of international projects.

This role may be remote, but must be commutable to the Greater, Seaatle, WA area.

What You Will Do :

The successful candidate will manage localization projects for a major tech company based in Seattle. You will also support and influence the localization strategy for multiple projects and drive the successful improvement of the localization production process.

  • Collect business and systems requirements from customers, write project plans and drive project schedules from development-commit to release.
  • Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts to develop optimal solutions to support the localization program across engineering, editorial and QA verticals.
  • Work with customer contacts and cross-functional teams to define and streamline processes upstream and drive internationalization best practices.
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks and change-control to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
  • Manage, execute and own traditional localization program management tasks, such as working with stakeholders to define localization scope and coordinating handoffs and hand-backs with team members and vendors, supporting deployment of localized assets.


To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of strong End-to-End Localization Process experience. Localization Program Management is required for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree of higher strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience providing Program Management within an LSP is strongly preferred.
  • Direct enterprise-customer experience with geographically-disperse teams.
  • Strong experience working with remote and virtual teams.
