For Lionbridge, we see Customer Success as building mutually beneficial Business relationships with our Customers, which help them solve their Business challenges and allow Lionbridge to grow its own business with these Customers. The Global Program Director functions as a strategic, Customer- facing, results-driven, and innovative operations leader across multiple US client sights. The role will be responsible for partnering with key customers and the internal leadership team to identify outsourced operations staffing plans, set priorities and respond to customer critical business needs.

What You Will Do
  • Personally engage with customers as senior Customer Success leader: understand customers' business needs and challenges: lead global teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings
  • Through customer engagements, be aware of, and actively seek out opportunities for increasing revenue from existing and potentially new business streams.
  • Recognize Customer needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, quality, Community and management teams.
  • Accountable for increasing organic program revenue, managing margin and other KPIs.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and planning sessions to define key focus areas and priorities
  • Track and monitor performance of global delivery teams and external suppliers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability
  • Review program financial data and decide how to ensure financial targets are achieved. Ensure that financial reports reflect appropriate KPIs to show performance
  • Responsible for operational revenue forecast and partnering with Sales teams on the development of and delivery against sales forecasts.
  • Act as a culture carrier for the team


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Minimum of 10 years of Operational experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Direct experience in R&D testing, manufacturing, proto assembly and/or in support of new product introductions (NPI) is required.
  • Leadership experience in managing Technical Outsourcing Projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or any related field is a must.
  • Manage global workflows including financial processes, technical solutions and headcount planning
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of our expected revenue with appropriate highlighting of risk
  • Provide guidance and performance coaching to global operations teams for owned account(s)
  • Consistently drive excellent Customer experience and service
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and QBR process internally and with customer(s)
