Lionbridge is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join our Nordic team, responsible for achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers. As the main interface between production and the customer, the Enterprise Sales Director will work close to national and international teams and often will act as a coordinator with the aim to optimally implement customer requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Enterprise Sales Director will actively represent Lionbridge in all prescribed marketing activities and sales-oriented events. Focusing on new customer acquisition, while taking part in strategic measures which includes the expansion and development of new services and solutions that will enable our expansion.

What You Will Do:
  • Accessing Manager and Director level contacts within customer accounts and target prospects
  • Lead generation via targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
  • Responsible for positioning all Lionbridge solutions & services with help from product specialists.
  • Implement sales & pipeline building market strategies
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation/following up a lead until closing the deal.


What You Will Have:
  • Proven experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise level customers. (C-suite negotiator)
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English- oral, aural and written
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent business experience
  • 4+ years inside sales or sales development experience selling complex solutions
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Good people management skills: ability to create a vision for your accounts and inspire your team to help make it a reality
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior and executive management levels.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications
